Our Fees
At Family Resolutions Mediation we understand both the emotional impact and financial duress that the separation process can have upon families. Therefore, we calculate our fees to ensure fairness and accessibility to our services. Engaging in Mediation allows the parties to make the decisions, avoid lengthy and expensive court processes and reach agreement on parenting issues.
Intake & Assessment | $265.00 per party*
Fee is per party, per matter*
Includes 2 x invitations to Party B (if both are necessary), and the issuance of a Section 60i certificate if applicable. Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Parenting Mediation (3 Hours of Mediation + 1 Hour of Drafting Your Parenting Agreement) | $750.00 per party*
Fee is per party (with a total combined fee of $1500)*
Includes drafting a Parenting Plan, or issuance of a Section 60i Certificate if applicable. Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Our Mediation Model

Complex Parenting Plans will incur an additional 1 hour preparation fee of $265.
Price is for both online (via Microsoft Teams) and face-to-face sessions at our Thirroul, NSW location.

Terms and Conditions
Intake Session Fees payable at time of booking - non refundable for cancellations.
Mediation sessions payable 50% at time of booking, balance 48 hours prior to session.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the deposit paid.
At Family Resolutions Mediation, we recognise the complexities that can arise between disputing parties and strive to provide support that is fair and responsive to each party’s circumstances. In the event that one party fails to attend a scheduled mediation session, a refund of 50% of the mediation session fee will be issued to the presenting party, less any applicable Section 60I certificate fee.
